Ingredients
6 cloves Garlic (Crushed)
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup White Wine
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Dill
2 ounces Chopped Parsley
16 ounces Seafood of Choice
2 ounces Olive Oil
Preparation
In a large pan on the stove, heat the oil and butter until melted, add the crushed garlic and sauté the seafood for about 5 minutes, taking care to keep the temperature low enough to avoid burning the garlic.
Remove the seafood and set aside.
Add wine, salt and dill.
Cook on higher heat 1 to 2 minutes until liquid is reduced by half.
Return the seafood of choice to the pan and sprinkle with parsley. Cook for 1 minute.
Plate and serve.
