Ingredients
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
4 pounds Pork country style ribs
1 l Onion, large thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/3 cup Water
28 ounces Sauerkraut
12 batch Red Potatoes, medium, quartered
Preparation
Brown ribs in oil in fry pan
Remove ribs to slow cooker
Add onion to skillet, cook until tender. Add garlic powder, pepper, cook 15 minutes. Remove to slow cooker.
