Ingredients
1 cup Vegetable oil
2 Onions, large and chopped
1 Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cups Rice - long grain
8 ounce Tomato Sauce
2 cups Water
1/2 cup Parsley, finely chopped
1 cup Celery, finely chopped
2 piece Lemon - juice of
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Saute onions in Cup of oil, add celery, salt & pepper. Rinse rice and add to onion mixture along with tomato sauce and water. Add parsley and lemon juice.
Roll the dolmas and pack into pan.
Add the 1/2 Cup of oil and enough water to cover the top.
Simmer until rice is tender. Approximately 20 minutes.
