Ingredients
2 cans Tomatoes [whole, peeled, 28 oz]
2 teaspoons Garlic [minced]
6 Jalapenos
1 Red Chile Pepper [dried]
1 handful Cilantro [chopped, no stems]
4 dashes Salt and Pepper [to taste]
Preparation
Add two cans of tomatoes to food processor. Be sure to remove hard tops. Pulse til smooth.
Add remaining ingredients to the food processor.
Pulse to a desired consistency.
Serve with favorite tortilla chips.
