Ingredients

2 cans Tomatoes [whole, peeled, 28 oz]

2 teaspoons Garlic [minced]

6 Jalapenos

1 Red Chile Pepper [dried]

1 handful Cilantro [chopped, no stems]

4 dashes Salt and Pepper [to taste]

Preparation

  1. Add two cans of tomatoes to food processor. Be sure to remove hard tops. Pulse til smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor.

  3. Pulse to a desired consistency.

  4. Serve with favorite tortilla chips.
