Ingredients

2 tablespoon Brown sugar

4 garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, finley grated

1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/3 cup water

1 tablespoon sambal chile sauce

1/4 cup Basil cut into thin ribbons

Preparation

Combine brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and sambal together in a sauce pan over medium heat.

Bring to a boil, and simmer fo 2 minutes.
