Ingredients
36 ounce Canned Salmon, no skin or bones
1 cup Onion, diced
1 cup Celery, diced
1 cup Green or red pepper
6 slice Whole wheat bread, toasted
1 cup Flax seed
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Old bay
1 tablespoon Spicey brown mustard
8 l Egg whites
Preparation
Saute onion, celery, and pepper until soft
Mix all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes
Form patties and cook in air fryer at 400 for 15 minutes
