Ingredients

4 pieces Hawaiian bread rolls

2/3 pound Salmon skin on ( 2 pieces)

1 piece small avocado

1/2 teaspoon lawry’s garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder

1 wedges lemon

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

2 cloves minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 tablespoon Honey

1/2 tablespoon Cider vinegar

Preparation

Mix juice of lemon, 1/4 tsp garlic salt, minced garlic with chopped cilantro and chopped avocado

Season salmon skin side with garlic salt. Season fleshy side with garlic salt, pepper and chitpotle

Mix honey with cider vinegar

Add 1 tsp olive oil to pan. heat till hot

Place salmon skin side down into hot oil. Sear till skin is crispy on medium high heat.

Turn off heat. Then flip the salmon over. Add honey/vinegar mixture to pan and allow glaze to coat the salmon flesh

Toast the hawaiian bread buns

Smear additional salmon glaze into the buns.

Layer the sliders as follows: bun, avocado mixture, salmon flesh down, bun
