Ingredients
2 pounds Flank steak
4 cups Beef Broth
2 Onion (1 for soup & 1 for meat)
2 Peppers (1 green & 1 red)
1 Tomato Sauce (small can)
.5 cup Dry White Wine
1 salt, papper & adobo
Preparation
Boil meat in broth. Add onion, pepper, and salt
Remove meat from broth and shred
Add tomato sauce, white wine, onion and peppers and seasonings
For Soup: Add egg noodles, carrots, saly & pepper to broth
