Ingredients
2 heads Garlic
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 dash Salt
1 dash Black Pepper
6 tablespoons Butter
1 3/4 cups Heavy Cream
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Romano Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Flour
1 tablespoon Heavy cream
1 dash Cayenne Pepper
4 cloves Raw Garlic
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut top 1/4 inch off of each garlic head. Pour olive oil into head and sprinkle with salt & black pepper. Wrap tightly with foil and bake until soft, 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool.
Squeeze out garlic cloves and mash with a fork. In saucepan over medium heat, add butter and melt.
Add cream, wine, both garlics and heat to a simmer.
Whisk in black pepper and cheeses.
Mix together the 2 teaspoons of flour and 1 tablespoon heavy cream together until it forms a paste with no lumps. Whisk into mixture in saucepan.
Continue to whisk for a few minutes until thickened. Whisk in cayenne. Adjust seasonings to taste.
