Ingredients
8 figs
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary
6 ounces goat cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375o. Wash and dry figs, cut into quarters and put in ovenproof dish
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pepper, bake for 10-15 minutes until they are bubbling and a bit brown.
Serve on toasted bread or foccacia with goat cheese, walnuts and arugula
