Ingredients
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 bunch Carrots
Preparation
Peel and cut the carrots into 1/2" slices, diagonally
Heat an oven safe pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and heat.
Add the carrots and stir lightly 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Place in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
