2 cloves Roasted Garlic
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1.5 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 pinches grasped Oil - add to match drippings
1 pinch drippings - from pan
.25 cup flat leafed parsley
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves - chopped
Preparation
Roast Garlic along with meat
add garlic & drippings to oil mixture
