Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound sausage
2 cloves garlic
1 portobello mushroom
2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 pound rigatoni
Preparation
Heat olive oil in medium sauce pan
add sausage and cook till nicely browned, breaking up as it cooks
add garlic and stir to mix well
add mushrooms, stir frequently, allow to wilt
add 1/2 cream to a cup of marinara
add rest of marinara to sausage mixture
add marinara and cream mixture
bring to a simmer
adjust seasonings
add rigatoni to the sauce
serve with parmesan
