Ingredients

4 cups rhubarb

4 cups strawberries

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 cup orange juice

1 cup flour

1 1/2 cups flour (topping)

3/4 cup sugar (topping)

3/4 cup light brown sugar (topping)

1 cup oatmeal (topping)

1/2 pound unslated butter, cold & diced (topping)

1/2 teaspoon salt (topping)

Preparation

Toss rhubarb, strawberries, 3/4 cup sugar, zest

dissolve cornstarch in OJ, mix into fruit, put in 8 x 11 baking dish

For topping, partially rub cold butter into dry ingredients, as if making pastry.

Add to fruit.
