Ingredients

1 bottle Pinot Noir

1 head Large Orange

1 cup thinly sliced fruit ((Granny Smith apples, pears, strawberries, peaches, pineapple, or a combo)

1 head Small lemon, sliced into rounds

1/2 cup Brandy

1 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar, to taste

4 cube ice, to preference

Preparation

Slice the orange in two and squeeze the juice from one half into a pitcher. Thinly slice the remaining half and place the slices in the pitcher. Add the fruit and sliced lemon, then brandy and 1 tablespoon of the sugar. Pour the wine into the pitcher, stir, and taste. Add another tablespoon of sugar if desired. Serve immediately, or let marinate in the refrigerator for 2-8 hours for a more fruity flavor. Serve in wine glasses over ice
