Ingredients
1/4 cup Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic
2 cans Baby clams, with juice
1 can Anchovies
28 ounces Tomatoes, whole plum, can
2 tablespoons Capers
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 pound Pasta, I use thin spaghetti
Preparation
Sauté minced or thinly sliced garlic and anchovies in oil.
Add tomatoes, crushing w your hands. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 15-20 min. Add salt to taste.
Add sauce to cooked pasta and serve!
