Ingredients
1.5 pounds Pork Tenderloin
1 tablespoon chinese 5 spice
900 milliliters Campbell’s Soup Ramen box
6 cups beef bouillion
1 piece Ginger, about thumb sized, peeled and sliced
4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
3 stalk Green spring onions,coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons tamari or gluten free soy sauce
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 teaspoons peppercorns, coarsely ground
1 handful Dried mixed mushrooms (porcini, oyster, shiitake, etc)
1 handful button mushrooms, sliced
2 pieces star anise pods
4 heads baby bok choy, coarsely chopped
300 grams rice stick noodles (the ones that look like spaghetti, not flat noodles)
2 soft boiled eggs
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 325F.
Coat pork tenderloin with Chinese 5 Spice.
Bake about 30 minutes until internal temperature is 150F.
Remove from oven and let sit for at least 10 minutes then thinly slice across the grain.
