For one of my New Year’s resolutions,  I want to cut back on kitchen waste. One way I’m going to do that is to scale down the recipe size for 2 people. This recipe is meant for 1 person but I think the portion size is enough for 2 with the  amount of Ramen noodles that comes in a package. I’m also trying to eat more veggies and broccoli is one of my favorites. I like to keep frozen bags of broccoli in my freezer a long with shrimp. I’ll take out a handful of the shrimp and broccoli to use just for the dish.

How to make Ramen Noodles with Shrimp and Broccoli

Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add frozen broccoli and shrimp to a non stick skillet and saute for 3 to 5 minutes until the shrimp are no longer pink. Add the sauce and noodles and stir until everything is coated in the sauce. It couldn’t be any easier. Sometimes I will use the same skillet to cook the noodles, shrimp, and broccoli with. 5 from 1 reviews Do not add spice packet that came with the package.
