Ingredients
1 cup Flour
100 grams Buttern
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Preparation
Cream together butter and sugar
Add 1 egg, flavoring and continue creaming
Add 1-2 tbls hot water
Add flour and combine with 1tsp baking powder
Add raisins and combine
Divide into cupcake liners
Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins until golden
