You are going to want to eat these healthy low point cinnamon rolls all season long and they are filled with pumpkin pie filling and topped with cream cheese frosting.  To make these, I used the famous 2 ingredient dough recipe which is equal parts greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Some people still don’t even know that recipe exists yet and they ask me about it on Instagram. Crazy huh? Please jump on the 2 ingredient dough bandwagon if you haven’t! I still struggle rolling out dough for cinnamon rolls. That just makes them look more rustic looking right? The cinnamon rolls look nicely presented when they are all a similar size, but mine are not all the same as you can see in the picture. That’s ok though. I won’t tell anyone if your cinnamon rolls aren’t evenly cut. 🙂 Even with this 2 ingredient dough recipe, they can be kind of tricky to roll out. Sprinkle some more flour over your work surface or rolling pin if that is happening when you make these. Hope you enjoy, tis the season for pumpkin flavored everything! 5 from 2 reviews

Place cream cheese in your mixer’s bowl and cream for 1 minute. Gradually add in powdered sugar and the one at a time, and continue to beat until well combined Add in cinnamon. Remove pans from oven and immediately brush each roll with frosting. Serve.
