Ingredients

5 pounds Prime Rib

6 cloves Garlic

3 tablespoons Salt

3 tablespoons Pepper

Preparation

Take prime rib out of refrigerator to get to room temperature

preheat oven to 400°F

Cut garlic cloves in slices

cuts scores into prime rib and put garlic cloves into those cut marks

Salt and pepper extremely well

Insert probe into the thickest part of the meat

Cook in oven for 20 minutes at 400°F

Lower temperature to 380 for an hour and a half or until it reaches 125°F

Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes and carve
