Ingredients
3 tablespoons Olive oil / ghee / coconut oil
1 Onion (roughly chopped)
1 to 3 depending on taste Red chili
1 inch piece fresh ginger (chopeed)
4 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1-2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground tumeric
400 grams large cooked peeled prawns
400 grams Organic chopped tomatoes
2 teaspoon tomsto paste
150 milliliters single cream or coconut cream
1 handful fresh celantro (chopped)
Preparation
Heat oil in large wok or skillet and fry onions, ginger, and garlic. Stir for 5 mins.
Add chili and stir for another 5 mins (or until onions are golden)
Add spices and fry for 2 mins
Add prawns, tomatoes, and tomatoe paste. Bring to boi, then simmer for 3 mins, while stirring.
Stir in creeam and heat for 2 more mins
