Ingredients
2 tablespoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Preparation
Combine ingredients. Rub on one rack of ribs cut in half.
Set both racks up on sides in Instapot. Add 1 cup water and vinegar.
Pressure cook for 20 minutes. Allow steam to naturally release.
Gently remove racks to lined cookie sheet. Brush with BBQ sauce and broil until brown.
