Ingredients

2 cans large chunk pineapple, drained

3/4 cup sugar

6 tablespoons flour

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 stick butter, melted

3/4 package Ritz crackers

Preparation

Butter 9 x 9 inch dish and put in pineapple. Sprinkle sugar, flour, and cheese over pineapple. Crush crackers and spread over top and drizzle with melted butter.Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
