Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes, diced small 

1/2 medium white onion, diced small 

1/2 to 1 serrano chile, minced 

1 teaspoon coarse salt 

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves 

Preparation

In a nonreactive bowl, combine all ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes.
