Ingredients
1-1/4 cups Cake or Low Gluten Flour
3/4 teaspoon Salt
4 piece Large Egg
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1-1/4 cups Milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF
Grease popover pan
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and salt
In a separate, small bowl, mix together the milk and eggs
Add the egg and milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix together conservatively
Add the melted butter and mix thoroughly
Fill each popover well about 3/4 full
Bake for 25 minutes
Increase heat to 400ºF and bake for another 5 mins or until golden brown on top
