Ingredients
1 pound lean pork, ground
8 ounces very fine noodles, cooked
1 jar pimentos, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1 can tomato juice
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
Cook meat until red color is gone. Cook noodles as directed. Hat tomato juice with pimento, onion, pepper, and mushrooms. Combine all and put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle cheese on top for last 15 minutes of baking.
