Ingredients

1/2 cup butter - melted

1 cup sugar

1 cup corn syrup - mixed light and dark

4 eggs - beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups pecans - toasted halves or pieces

1 pie shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 F

Combine butter, sugar and corn syrup in a sauce pan. Cook over low heat. Cool.

Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

Pour into unbaked pie shell

Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 F for 50-55 minutes
