Ingredients

7 ounce Turkey Kielbasa sliced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 cup onion chopped

2 garlic minced

1 cup carrots, thinly sliced

5 cups chicken broth, low sodium

1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed

2 cans tomatos canned, diced

1 bag baby spinach 6 oz

Preparation

cut sasuage into slices and saute, when cooked, take out of pan and set aside. Add oil and saute red pepper flakes and onion, 5 minutes.

Add garlic and carrots and cook 5 minutes, add chicken broth, sausage, beans ,tomatoes and spices. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook for 20-25 minutes.

Take two cups out and blend, then return to the pot. Serve with crusty bread.
