Ingredients

16 cups Spinach leaves

2 Green onions

1 cup Crumbled feta

2 tablespoons Olive oil

2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice

1 dash Black pepper

8 ounces Pasta

Preparation

Pick, stem and wash spinach. Set aside to drain in colander.

Thinly slice green part of green onions. Place in medium mixing bowl.

Add the feta, olive oil, lemon juice and pepper to the bowl and mix gently.

Prepare the pasta according to directions, but without salt. For the last 30 seconds, stir the spinach into the water, pushing it into the water until wilted. Drain.

Add the spinach and pasta to the bowl. Toss and serve immediately.
