1 pound Pasta of Choice
8 ounces Ciligini
2 pints Grape Tomatos
.25 cup Basil
1 g Balsamic Glaze
.5 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 g Kosher Salt
1 g Fresh Ground Pepper
Preparation
combine cooked pasta with tomatos and cheese
mix oil and vinegar with salt and pepper
add basil in thin strips
toss
drizzle balsamic glaze
