Ingredients
500 g Stuffing Primembif
500 g Spaghetti
2 jar Tomatoes in their own juice
2 pieces Onion
2 pieces Carrot
2 pieces Garlic
2 slices Smoked bacon
2 pieces Celery stalk
2 teaspoons Dried oregano
1 piece Basil
150 g Parmesan
25 g Olive oil
10 g Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Thinly chop the bacon. We peel and chop the vegetables (onions, garlic, carrots and celery) as you like.
For cooking you will need a large frying pan with high walls or a pan with a thick bottom. Heat it over medium heat.
Bacon tossed in olive oil. Add oregano and mix.
We spread the vegetables and fry them for 5-7 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
Add minced meat and tomatoes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
We cut the stems from the basil, finely and finely chop them and send them to the sauce.
When the sauce boils, reduce the heat. Cook under the lid for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
While the sauce is cooking, boil the pasta.
Remove the pan with the sauce from the heat, add the grated parmesan and basil leaves.
Mix half the sauce with pasta. Pour pasta with the remaining sauce upon serving.
To decorate, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and basil leaves.
