Ingredients
1 pound Fresh Green Beans
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
2 cloves Garlic - minced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat.
Spread green beans on a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roast for 15-20 minutes; stirring halfway through.
Season as needed with salt + pepper
