Ingredients

4 Boneless pork chops

1/4 cup Grated parmesan

2 tablespoons Italian breadcrumbs

1/4 teaspoon Paprika

1 tablespoon Parsley

1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Ground pepper

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Mix the part, breadcrumbs, and seasoning on a plate.

Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Push the pork chops into the breadcrumbs to thoroughly coat each side.

Cook chops 2 minutes on each side to brown. Then put the pan into the oven and cook 8 - 10 minutes, until at least 145 degrees internally.
