Ingredients
1/2 cup EVOO
6 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
2 teaspoons Oregano
3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
1/3 cup Red Wine
3/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 can Cento San Marzano Whole Tomatoes
1 pound Minced Clams
2 teaspoons Tomato Paste
Preparation
After steaming clams; shell, quater large little necks; place in a bowl and set aside
Place tomatoes in a bowl and crush by hand; add all ingredients except oil, garlic, red pepper flakes; half parsley
Fill large pan 3/4 with water on high heat
In a large skillet heat garlic and red pepper flakes until arromatic
Add tomatoes with remaining ingredients and simmer on low to medium heat approx. 20min
Then add linguine to boiling water; boil for 9 min.
Add all clams (steamed and minced) to sauce
