Ingredients
2 slices Brioche
1 Egg
1/4 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier (optional)
2 tablespoon Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon Orange Marmalade
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
4 Raspberries, Strawberries or other Fresh Fruit as available and desired.
1/2 teaspoon Powdered Sugar (optional)
1/4 cup Whipped Cream
1/4 cup Passion Fruit Meringue
Preparation
Combine Egg, Milk, and 2/3 Grand Marnier (if desired)
Dip toast in egg mixture
Fry bread in nonstick pan until brown and custard is set
Mix cream cheese, marmalade, and 1/3 Grand Marnier (if desired)
Place 1 piece of toast on plate.
Top with cream cheese mixture
Top with second piece of toast
Top with Powdered Sugar or Whipped Cream or Meringue and Fruit if you want
Add syrup
