Ingredients
1.5 heads Onions
1 bunch Celery
1 stick Butter
2 tablespoon Poultry Seasoning
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Cubed Stuffing (Large)
1 can Chicken Broth (14.5 oz)
1 jar Oysters (quart)
1 recipe Salt
1 recipe Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Sauté onions and celery in butter in large skillet. Sprinkle on about 1 T. of poultry seasoning as it cooks.
Combine other ingredients in large bowl, along with onion and celery mixture. Sprinkle on remaining 1 T. of poultry seasoning.
Gently mix in oysters last, along with all the oyster liquor. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into large casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
