Ingredients

1 cup Oats

1.5 cups Milk

2 teaspoons Chia Seeds

2 teaspoons Peanut Butter

2 teaspoons Honey

2 teaspoons Flavour Powder

Preparation

Poor Milk and Oats in bowl together and mix

Add Chia Seeds and mix

Take Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth, your choice) and microwave for 30 seconds to 60 seconds to make it more liquid and easier to mix. Add PB to bowl and mix.

Add Honey (type of honey is personal preference) and mix thoroughly

Add flavor powder (examples include cinnamon, Dark Chocolate Cacao, Matcha Powder, etc.) and mix thoroughly

Put it in storage container and let it sit overnight in fridge
