Ingredients

1/4 cup yogurt

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup shredded apple

1 tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoon coconut optional

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon crushed nuts

Preparation

combine all ingredients and leave in refrigerator over night

throw nuts/ fresh fruit when ready to consume
