Ingredients
2 ears Eggs
1 package Maggi connoisseurs onion soup mix
10.5 ounces Crème fraîche (300 g)
2/3 cup spring onions
1/2 cup boiled ham (50g)
9.5 ounces Puff pastry (270g)
1 tablespoons sunflower oil approximately 1 level tablespoon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix onion soup mix, eggs, and creme fraiche.
Wash spring onions and cut into rings. Cube ham.
Stir in with other ingredients.
Unroll the puff pastry, cut into number of pieces needed, Spread the onion mixture in it
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
