Ingredients

8 tablespoon butter

1 shallot, mined

5 chives

3 garlic, mined

2 tablespoon horseradish

2 tablespoon dijon mustard

3 tablespoon ,Thyme, minced

1 l salt and pepper to taste

1 l cayenne pepper, pinch

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients over heat. Let the sauce sit for 10 minutes and whisk again.
