Ingredients
6 tablespoons Butter
1 pound Wide Egg Noodles, Cooked
1/2 pound Cottage Cheese
1/2 pound Cream Cheese
1 cup Milk
1 cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
4 tablespoons Butter, Melted
Preparation
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Combine first 10 ingredients in large mixing bowl, pour into baking dish
Bake for 30 mintues, covered
Combine almonds, brown sugar, and melted butter in small bowl
Pour over kugel
Bake for 45 additional minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered to brown
