It will then get dumped in the freezer and I have a stock for future meals or I have a soup that is ready to serve the next day and just needs a quick reheat. What I did this time was pour my leftover stock over frozen solid chicken breast in the Ninja Foodi. Then I pressure cooked the frozen chicken and then once it was cooked, I could do what I liked with it.

My favourite thing with frozen chicken breast is to shred it and then use it for meal prep.
