Ingredients

4 Medium sweet potatoes

2 Eggs

2 cups Sugar (use less if you don’t want the dish as sweet)

1/2 cup Milk (as needed up to `1/2 cup)

1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

1/2 cup Butter

Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender and mash then cream with mixer

Add all other ingredients annd cream well

Add Sweet potato topping

Cook slowly at 425 for 20 minutes or until firm
