Ingredients

1/2 cup Chopped pecans

1 box Yellow cake mix

1 box Instant vanilla pudding

1/2 cup Light rum

1/2 cup Water

1/2 cup Oil

4 Eggs

1 cup Sugar

1 stick Butter

1/4 cup Light rum

1/4 cup Water

Preparation

Grease and flour a bundt pan or 9X13 inch pan.

Crumble pecans in the bottom of the pan.

Whip together the first 7 ingredients and beat at medium speed.

Bake at 325° for 50-60 minutes.

Remove from the oven and pour the glaze over the cake while it is still hot.

Let cake sit 10 minutes before inverting. It takes a few minutes for the glaze to absorb.
