Ingredients

2 pieces Gardein Chick’n Scallapini, sliced

1 pound Crimini Mushrooms, sliced thick

1 clove Garlic, minced

2 teaspoons Glory Bee Organic Tamarind Puree

1 piece Chipotle pepper, from can, minced

2 teaspoons Adobo sauce from can

1 tablespoon Avacado or other cooking oil

1 Lime

.5 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons Low sodium tamari

1 tablespoon Thai basil, julienned

1 tablespoon Garbanzo miso

Preparation

Saute garlic in oil over low heat, while adding in minced chili, miso, and approx. half of the other flavoring ingredients to create sauce (don’t add basil)

Add sliced mushrooms and cook over medium heat, covered until almost done, stirring occasionally (about 6 minutes)

Add sliced Chick’n strips and cook until heated through

Add remaining flavorings to taste, along with fresh Thai basil
