Ingredients

1 cup Mulberries

2 piece Habanero Pepper

1/2 cup Apricot

1/2 cup White Balsamic Vinegar

2 tablespoon Mint Simple Syrup

1/4 cup Water

2 pieces Serrano Pepper

1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Heat oven to 425. Roast Habaneros, Serranos and Apricot for 15 mins

Add all ingredients to Cuisinart and blend until smooth

Strain through fine mesh
