Ingredients

1 pound Ground lamb

2 tablespoons Flour

15.5 ounces Tomatoes (drained and chopped)

1 Red, Orange, or Yellow Pepper (not green) chopped

1 Onion, chopped

2 cloves Garlic cloves

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Coriander

1 pinch Cayenne pepper

1 package Mashed potatoes (store bought is fine)

Preparation

  1. Brown meat in 1 T of vegetable oil. Drain fat and add flour. Stir in tomatoes, pepper, onion, garlic & seasonings.

  2. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring often, then 5 minutes uncovered.

  3. Spread mixture in a greased casserole dish. Cook potatoes according to directions and spread on with a spatula.
