Ingredients
4 spinach bunches
1/4 teaspoon *cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon *MSG
1/2 teaspoon *dry mustard
3/4 wedges *paprika
1/2 teaspoon *salt
2 teaspoon *worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon *steak sauce
3 tablespoon *Catsup
3 tablespoon *wine vinegar
1 cup oil
1 Crumbled blue cheese, bacon bits to taste
1 hard boil egg (opt) minced
Preparation
combine *stared ingredients, mix well, making sure mustard and paprika are dissolved. Add oil slowly, stirring constandly. Makes 1 1/4 cups dressing
Wash and cut spinach into bite size pieces, toss with cheese, bacon bite and egg. Add 6-8 Tablespoons of dressing and toss until greens are coated.
