Ingredients

3/4 pound Salmon

1 pinch Kosher Salt

1.5 pinches Garlic Powder

1 handful Herb blend

2 ounces Olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400

Rinse and pat dry salmon

Put salmon on parchment paper or grease pan

Paint the fish with olive oil

Sprinkle on a pinch of salt, sprinkle of garlic powder and a generous amount of dry herbs

Put in oven

Check after 10 minutes, flake it, ready when pieces start separating, add 5 minutes if needed
